The Government intends to solicit for : On - site General Hydrostatics ( GHS ) Training course , provided by one ( 1 ) certified GHS Instructor which shall be offered over a 3 - day , Tuesday through Thursday , 8 hour per day class , at NSWCCD W . Bethesda location for 15 NSWCCD Employees , as detailed in the attached solicitation . This solicitation is a brand name only request . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued . Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation ( RFQ ) no . N0016726Q1038 .
