Description | The Village of Orland Park (“ Village ”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications ( RFQ ) from qualified electrical contractors (“ Contractor ”) to provide on - call electrical services on an as - needed basis for various Village lighting infrastructure in public right - of - way locations , parking lots , and ballfields . This Request for Qualifications ( RFQ ) is intended to establish a rate - based contract using the Contractor ' s proposed labor and equipment rates . The yearly not to exceed budget is $ 100 , 000 . Selected firms will establish a Master Service Agreement ( MSA ) with the Village and be included on a pre - qualified list for projects between 2026 through 2028 , with the option to extend individual contracts for up to two ( 2 ) years at the Village ’ s discretion .
