Description | DescriptionThe Charter Township of Ypsilanti is seeking sealed bids for one ( 1 ) new 72 - inch commercial zero - turn mower for the Residential Services Department . The mower shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document . Special Instructions to VendorsSealed bids will be received by the Charter Township of Ypsilanti Clerk ’ s Office , located at 7200 S . Huron River Drive , Ypsilanti , MI 48197 , until Monday , March 23 , 2026 at 11 : 00 a . m . ( local time ). Bids may be submitted electronically through MITN , or by mail or in person to the Clerk ’ s Office . All physical submissions shall be clearly labeled “ Parks & Grounds – 72 ” Mower Bid ”. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be accepted . Bid opening will occur on March 23 , 2026 at 2 : 30 p . m . local time . Additional RequirementsAll equipment must be new and of the manufacturer ’ s current model in production at the time of delivery . Vendor must meet or exceed all specifications listed in the bid document . All pricing shall include delivery and all associated fees . The Charter Township of Ypsilanti is tax exempt and will provide proper documentation upon request .
