Description

The sweeper to be furnished under this specification shall be the manufacturer ' s latest model and design . The unit shall be single engine , three - wheel , hydrostatic vehicle drive , front dump sweeper using all current production components . Specifications include , but are not limited to : Diesel Engine : - 4 cylinder , turbo - charged , 276 CID - Soft plug heater - 74 HP minimum - Dual element dry type air cleaner w / aspirator pre - cleaner -(- 30 degrees ) F anti - freeze mixture - 35 - gallon min . diesel tank - Water separator fuel filter - All fluid drains plumbed to outside of machine ; Transmission : - Pump shall be variable displacement with separate variable displacement wheel drive motors - Power shall be evenly distributed through planetary torque hubs - Single foot pedal to control forward & reverse without clutch and shifting . Foot pedal to return automatically to the neutral position . - Power shall be transferred from front motors to planetary torque hubs without side loading - Speeds from 0 - 20 mph - Trans filter spin off type
