Description | The Department of Land and Natural Resources ( DLNR ), Division of State Parks , will require approximately 685 feet in length of tree trimming and plant / shrub trimming services at the Opaekaa Falls lookout located in the Wailua River State Park , Kauai , Hawaii . The Department of Land and Natural Resources ( DLNR ), Division of State Parks , will require the contractor to create a clearview of the Opaekaa Falls and the Wailua River by clearing trees and shrubs to include but not limited to albizia , guava , java plum , hao , and lantana that is identified in the attached photo ’ s and google earth pictures . All trees and shrubs shall be cut as low as possible . One each Mango and Albezia trees shall be treated with the maximum concentrate of Garlon 4 as listed on the label . Contractor is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment . Contractor will be allowed to cut trees and shrubs while dropping in place without removal . |
