Purchase Order No. #70T01026P7668N004 (a) Contractor Name: The Building People, LLC (215 Depot Ct. SE, Leesburg, VA 20175-3017) (b) Type of Action: Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Material (T&M) line items. (c) Amount: $483,475.35 (d) Year of Funding: Fiscal Year 2026 (e) Period of Performance: 7/10/2026 – 8/9/2026 Base (8/10/2026 – 9/9/2026 Option) (f) Other Information: TSA intends to fulfill this requirement through a 12-month award to Source America while the requirement is formally added to the AbilityOne Procurement List. However, due to multiple lapses in appropriations during Fiscal Year 2026, TSA was unable to facilitate a timely follow-on Task Order for this requirement.
