Queensland Health is seeking to engage an experienced supplier to provide hardware maintenance for Queensland Health’s Oracle HBCIS hardware infrastructure with an initial contract term of 12 months with 4 additional option extensions of 12 months duration each, making a total potential maximum contract period of 5 years.The hardware maintenance required includes:Preventative hardware maintenance with specific remedial service levelsMaintenance record keepingAd hoc ICT professional servicesThe requirements specifically include:Preventative maintenance such as preservation of hardware in good condition, problem detection, system checks and replacement of unserviceable parts. This includes providing a response and resolution for incidents logged by users and investigating the cause of any incidents reported. The response and resolution timeframes for incidents logged by users and investigating the cause of any incidents reported.Maintaining accurate records relating to the provision of hardware maintenance for the equipment with list provided.Ad hoc ICT professional services throughout the Contract Term to be provided via Statement of Work agreed between the parties.It does not include the below:Hardware maintenance of any Oracle equipment not specifically detailed in list provided in Requirements Specifications.Procurement of Oracle Premier Support.For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
