Orchard Station Park Sound Wall Project : The Orchard Station Park Sound Wall Project includes erosion control , demolition , grading , site access and a sound wall to be constructed on the existing park property bordering I - 25 . All earthwork , foundations , and wall structure will beincluded in the project scope . Bid shall be submitted on a Lump Sum basis . The entire cost of the work and the material necessary to complete allitems shown or implied on the Construction Drawings or specified herein shall be included .
