Description
Description | Work includes removal of sediment from the Limits of Removal , coordinating with the Engineer that will sample the sediment for characterization purposes , storing the sediment in watertight containers in the adjacent Ore Terminal , and disposal of the sediment at either a permitted Subtitle D landfill or at a beneficial use site in Skagway , as directed by the Owner , plus any ancillary work to complete and document the work ( e . g . environmental controls , surveying ). Bids shall include all labor , equipment , transportation , and materials to complete the specified work . Bids shall also include mobilization and demobilization to and from the Project site . Alaska Labor Standards , reporting and prevailing wage rate determination is made part of this bid package |
