The Government anticipates awarding aFirm - Fixed - Price ( FFP ) purchase order on a sole - source basis toOROS Americas , Inc . ( CAGE : 8DDB0 ). In accordance withFAR 5 . 102 ( a )( 6 ), the redacted Justification and Approval ( J & A ) is attached . All repairs must be performed by the OEM or an OEM - authorized repair facility . While a sole - source award is intended , all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency .
