Description | Provide contracted out - of - school time ( OST ) programming for a one year program , with the option to renew up to two additional years , to residents of HACP housing - Low Income Public Housing ( LIPH ) and Housing Choice Voucher ( HCVformerly Section 8 ) programs . Multiple organizations will be awarded with funding under this program . Organizations have the option to a ) provide summer programs and after school programs , b ) provide summer programming only , or c ) provide after school programming only . Contract length will be determined based on programs offered ( 3 months for summer , 9 months for school year , or 12 months for both ). |
