CHI insulated sandwich panel doors ; Twenty Feet two inches wide by twelve feet high ( 20 ’ 2 ” W × 12 ’ 0 ” H ;) Sectional , Insulated Sandwich ( Flush Panel ); Double - sided twenty - six - gauge ( 26 ga ) exterior / twenty - seven - gauge ( 27 ga ) interior steel , metal wrapped ; Polyurethane core , R - 17 . 5 ( ASTM C518 compliant ); Two inches ( 2 ”) ( nominal ); Five ( 5 ) total windows per door ( single panel ), twenty - four inches by 12 inch ( 24 ” × 12 ”) insulated glass units , matching frame color ; Flush – smooth textured steel exterior for a clean architectural appearance ; Six inch ( 6 ”) galvanized steel side plates ; Double contact bottom seal and flexible inter - panel gaskets ; Heavy - duty double side hinges ( minimum 14 ga galvanized steel ); Three - inch ( 3 ”) diameter , ten ( 10 ) ball - bearing , case - hardened steel tires with solid shafts ;
