Description | a . Provide consultation services and advice by working closely with the Town Manager and the Advisory School Building Committee , Building Department , Fire Marshal , Police , other Town staff , designated staff of the Board of Education , relevant State offices and officials , and the community at large on every aspect of the multiple site projects . b . Preconstruction activities shall include attendance at programming , design , budgeting and construction related meetings . The Owner ’ s Representative shall monitor and record progress of all meetings and work sessions and report the status of the same to the Town . The Owner ’ s Representative shall inform the Town if the design professionals or the Construction Manager are not performing in accordance with their respective agreements and make recommendations to the Town concerning correction of any deficiencies . |
