Description

The Town of Wethersfield invites qualified firms and individuals to submit qualification statements to provide comprehensive owner ’ s representative and project management services associated with the design and construction of a new Pre - K – 4 Highcrest Elementary school on the Kycia Farm property , renovate - as - new Webb Elementary School to become a 5 - 6 upper elementary school and renovate - as - new Charles Wright Elementary School into a K - 4 school . Interested firms and individuals shall have extensive knowledge of the design and construction of Pre - K - 4 elementary schools and schools encompassing upper elementary grades as well as experience as an Owner ’ s Project Representative , specifically in the State of Connecticut . They shall also have experience with the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Office of Grants Administration (“ OGA ”) as specified below . The Wethersfield Board of Education has submitted and received grant application approval for the Highcrest and Webb projects . A grant submission for Charles Wright will be forthcoming .
