Furnish and deliver a foam storage container along with all specified appurtenances to the County of Orange Airport Fire Station 33 , located at 374 Paularino Ave ., Costa Mesa , CA 92626 . The contractor is responsible for delivering the new container to the Fire Station , where it will be unloaded and installed under a separate contract . Provide a prefabricated storage container approximately 26 - ft by 8 - ft in size , ( actual measurements based on manufacturer - specific dimensions and demonstration of tote storage capacity ), completely assembled with two independently stacked rows of ( 5 ) 265 - gallon totes , overhead insulated coiling doors with manual chain release , insulated walls , spill containment tray with sump , and interior LED lighting . Provide complete interior and exterior finishes , fully built - out . The contractor will ensure the storage container conforms to all local , state , and federal codes for the construction of manufactured facilities . Pay all legally required sales , consumer , and use taxes . Prepare and submit a Schedule of Submittals to the John Wayne Airport ( JWA ) Project Manager for review and approval within 30 calendar days from contract execution . Provide Orange County Public Works ( OCPW ) approved shop drawings of foam storage container to the JWA Project Manager . Storage container shall require no special assembly and shall be delivered in one piece . Contractor shall coordinate the structure ' s weight and anchorage points with the JWA Project Manager for the construction of a concrete pad and placement by others .
