Description | MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS : - Remove and replace up to ( 3 ) package rooftop units at Cottonwood Elementary - Each unit shall be priced separately - Bidders shall indicate if any economy of scale pricing available to replacing all 3 units - A site visit is required prior to submission - Replacement units shall be of commercial quality and matching the existing voltage - Bidders to propose make and model of equipment - Replacement units shall include gas reheat for dehumidification - Replacement units shall be turn - key - include crane costs - include curb costs , no more that 2 high including the original penetrating curb - include all gas and electrical connections - include connection to and commissioning of Siemens Desigo controls - include test and balance - include removal of old units from premises - Existing Unit 1 - Trane 6 Ton - Existing Unit 2 - Trane 6 Ton - Existing Unit 3 - Trane 3 Ton - Work must be completed between June 1 and July 15 , 2026 , no exceptions |
