Description | 1 . Interior painting of first - floor hallways , community room , and former classrooms identified in the bid documents . 2 . Color ( s ) to be chosen by the City . Contractor to use Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Zero VOC , Sherwin - Williams ProMar Zero VOC , or equivalent , or better . 3 . Removal of all stickers , tape , and residue from doors , walls , and shelving units prior to painting . 4 . Repair of holes , cracks , and damaged surfaces in walls and tiles prior to painting . 5 . Preparation and painting of : • Walls • Wall tiles • Ceiling tile grid , hallway only 6 . Preparation and painting of doors and window frames , including : • Remove door handset ( do not re - install ) • Priming where necessary • Application of two ( 2 ) finish coats • Coordination with City staff to ensure repairs are completed prior to final finishes . |
