Services to be provided by the Contractor may include any or all of the following items : Interior walls and ceilings : Repair / Patch and / or Replace minor drywall damage to interior walls . Includes all holes , cracks , water damaged gypsum wall and ceiling surfaces . Tape , top , texture and prime as required to match existing finishes . Supply and apply 2 coats ( or as needed ) , finish paint per the Product List throughout the entire unit including interior surfaces of all closets , open shelves , and pantry closets . New finish paint shall be uniform throughout . As required , all nylon surfaces shall be painted using nylon oil - based enamel paint ; all metal surfaces shall be painted using metal oil - based paint . Bathroom to receive smooth finish . Remove curtains , curtain rods , hooks , nails , screws and other misc . hardware and dispose off - site . Patch and repair holes . Restore wall surface to proper working order . For painted cabinetry , clean , sand , and prepare all cabinet sides and face frames ready to receive new paint . Paint cabinet sides and face frames with semi - gloss interior paint . Remove , clean and sand cabinet doors and prepare to receive new 2 coats of paint per the Product List . Throughout cabinet ' s interior surfaces , finish all interior surfaces with semi - gloss paint . All hardware shall be cleaned and restored to proper working order . Refinish with " Bone " at exterior surfaces and in all interior surfaces . Reinstall components at the same location and restore to proper working order ...
