Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Ontologize, Inc. The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Ontologize, Inc., a small business, to purchase one (1) three-day, private, in-person Palantir Foundry training and one (1) three-day, private, virtual Palantir Foundry training. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ontologize, Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 611420 with a size standard of $16,000,000 and the Product/Service Code is U008. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation portal at https://piee.eb.mil by 7 April 2026. All responses received by 7 April 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
