Requirements are promulgated in 40 CFR Part 58 Appendix D , and target analytes listed in “ U . S . EPA . Additional Revisions to the Photochemical Assessment Monitoring Stations Compound Target List ” found at https :// www . epa . gov / sites / default / files / 2019 - 11 / documents / targetlist_0 . pdf . It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor ( s ) and execute a contract to procure equipment and technical support for this purpose . |
