Description | The purpose of this notice is to provide advance notification to the market of New ZealandPolice’s intention to release a tender for the Papakura Police Base Fire System Upgrade.The Papakura Police Base Fire System Upgrade Project involves the refurbishmentand upgrade of the existing Fire systems serving the building.The project will be replacing the Type 2 fire system, mechanical interface and passivefire works as per associated Design, Specifications and Passive fire schedule.The successful respondent will be engaged as the main contractor and will beresponsible for coordinating all subcontractors and delivering the multi-disciplinaryupgrade works in accordance with the issued design documentation.The scope of this opportunity will be fully documented in the tender, however, will include- Fire System Replacement- Mechanical interface with new fire system- Passive fire remediation- Fire door review and remediation- Associated Building WorksThe tender is intended to be released via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (“GETS”)from 22 June 2026.Note: No information from suppliers is requested nor required from this advance notice.Suppliers who are interested in being part of the proposed tender should ensure that they areregistered to receive GETS notifications for the applicable RFx Categories and are subscribedto this notice. |
