Description | Mowing - All areas to be mowed are to be litter free prior to mowing . Litter collection and disposed will be the responsibility of the Contractor and will be done in compliance with local ordinances . Extreme caution should be used when working around roadways , parking lots , and parked vehicles . Excess clippings are to be removed from the site . Clippings may be allowed to remain if mowing practices will sufficiently reduce the clipping size and distribute them evenly in a desirable location . Gathered clippings are to be removed from the site and disposed of in an environmentally proper manner . No clippings are to be left or deposited on hard surfaces including but not limited to sidewalks , curb and gutters , parking lots . Where no sidewalk exists contractor will mow turf to curb or roadside the full length of the area designated |
