Description | The awarded Contractor shall provide On - Call Electrical Services as needed for “ all ” associated Park properties to include but not limited to : Golf Courses Golf Courses , Riverfront Park , Manito Park and Finch Arboretum . Each individual Service - Call will require approval in advance by Park ’ s Point of Contact ( POC ) that initiated the call . Contractor must state on all invoices the Park ’ s POC who requested service and who approved completed service . Work must be completed in a reasonable amount of time , contractor cannot leave our work incomplete to go to another job . If Service ( s ) is delayed due to needed parts , estimated wait time and shipping tracking information must be provided . If for any reason the contractor is unable to respond in a reasonable amount of time , the City reserves the right to go outside the contract and work with another contractor . Emergency Service Call . Contractor shall be onsite within 4 hours of notification . Non - Emergency Service Call . Contractor shall be onsite within 24 hours of notification |
