The base bid work generally consists of furnishing all labor , equipment , materials , and supervision for the installation of 80 feet of precast , reinforced concrete three - sided structure , 14 foot span by 7 foot rise , 65 feet of precast , reinforced concrete three - sided structure , 14 foot span by 6 foot rise , 500 feet of 12 - inch storm sewer pipe , erosion control , traffic control , temporary water management facilities at each culvert location , 3 , 000 yards of excavation , 2 , 250 square feet of concrete block , MSE retaining wall , 3 concrete inlets , 2 Contech Stormfilter catch basins , 1 Contech Stormfilter manhole , backfill , planting and seeding , streambank enhancement , surface restoration , and miscellaneous work as required by the contract .
