Description | The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences ( NCATS ) is issuing this combined synopsis / solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 . The Government requires one ( 1 ) dual - channel patch - clamp amplifier system to support high - resolution electrophysiological recordings of human pluripotent stem cell ( hPSC )- derived cell types . The system must meet the minimum salient characteristics outlined in the attached Purchase Description . This requirement is being competed on a brand name or equal basis . Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable ( LPTA ) basis .
