Description | A . SCOPE 1 . Worcester County is seeking Bids from qualified Vendors to contract for Paving Projects at various locations throughout the County during the current Fiscal Year ( FY ) 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation . 2 . Provide labor , equipment and materials necessary to perform work outlined by these bid documents . Work shall consist of milling of existing asphalt roads , hauling millings to the Worcester County located at 10146 Main Street , Berlin , MD 21811 , and providing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt Paving at various locations as indicated on the Road Paving Schedule ( Section IV , D ). Apply lane markings on selected roads that is distinguished on the Road paving schedule . The Contractor shall be responsible for creating a smooth paved transition at all connecting roads and driveways within the specified paving areas . All transition work shall be considered incidental and not considered additional work . The Contractor shall conform to the Maryland Dept . of Transportation State Highway Administration “ Standard Specifications for Construction & Materials ” for Superpave , dated July 2008 or latest edition . |
