The New York Racing Association ( NYRA ) is soliciting pricing for the provision of all labor , materials , and equipment necessary to perform paving services , including milling , surface preparation , and grading of sub - base areas , at Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont , NY and Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park , NY . The term of any agreement resulting from this RFQ shall be for a period of one ( 1 ) year from the date of execution . NYRA , at its sole discretion , may renew the agreement for up to three ( 3 ) additional one - year periods . Quotations will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , South Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 : 00 PM EST , prevailing time , on Tuesday , March 31 , 2026 .
