This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued . The Naval Surface Warfare Center ( NSWC ) Corona Division requires Hoist Brackets . The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) Code is 333923 . The antici ­ pated contract type is Firm - Fixed - Price ( FFP ). NSWC Corona Division intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source FFP contract to Norwood Enterprise dba Mercury Machining Company . This is an all - or - none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unre ­ sponsive and will not be evaluated . The Government will award on a single pur ­ chase order to the responsible Offerer whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most ad ­ vantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section Land section M of the Solicitation .
