Description | a . Integration : The payment gateway must fully integrate with a AWS database that is used for invoicing for licensing fees . The gateway must receive digital payments that have been invoiced by the system , process them , and automatically update the database that the payment has been received ( payment status update ). b . Invoice generation support : Invoices are automatically generated , tracked , and emailed by the AWS system but need to be linked by provider name / license number to be reported , tracked , and monitored . c . Email notification : An email notification should be generated by the vendor and sent to the payor as verification of the transaction with a digital receipt . d . Status : Real time payment status visible with the AWS system with transaction ID visible . e . Reporting : AWS Integrated reporting capabilities for accounting , fiscal , and administrative staff . f . Cost : Zero cost to the State of Hawaii . To payors 2 . 9 % + $. 30 per transaction . |
