The New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority (“ NJPBA ”) is seeking a qualified vendor to renew its membership with the Public Broadcasting Service (“ PBS ”), including all rights and benefits associated with membership at the PBS Program Differentiation Plan (“ PDP ”) level . SCOPE OF WORK : NJPBA is seeking full PBS PDP membership services including , but not limited to : • Annual enrollment / renewal for the Stations . • Access to national programs on PDP level . • PBS KIDS distribution rights . • Governance participation with voting rights . • PBS content and music licensing for broadcast , streaming , and multicast distribution for the Stations . • Negotiation , documentation , and compliance support for carriage agreements with cable , satellite , streaming services , and virtual MVPD distributors serving New Jersey . • Access to PBS Passport for the Stations ’ members , if any , and website development tools , the PBS HUB , and PBS market research and analysis , including Neilsen data . • Coordination with NJPBA ’ s other programming and services providers , if any . • Training , national meetings and conferences , and all other services provided by PBS to its member stations .
