The City is using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) approach for this project, with construction divided into multiple bid packages.On behalf of the City and serving as the CMAR for the project, Sundt Construction is seeking proposals for GMP 2 for the following packages:• Electrical• Cast-in-Place Concrete• Precast Concrete• Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs)• Structural Steel• Misc.
