Description | The Leisure Services Department seeks proposals to replace an existing footbridge at the Miracle Field / Little League Complex with an ADA - compliant bridge to facilitate pedestrian access to the athletic fields . The current footbridge dates to the 1980 ’ S when the fields were used by students from the former branch campus of the University of Connecticut nearby . It spans the Saint Joseph Brook , a tributary of Trout Brook . The current bridge is in poor condition . |
