Description | 1 . The successful Proposer shall provide a free online portal to manage current and past subscriptions , renewal review and submittal , claims reporting and tracking , invoices , and a database of all available titles . 2 . The successful Proposer shall be able to provide services necessary to fill orders for serials placed on a consistent basis during the term of the contract . 3 . The successful Proposer shall demonstrate the ability to add subscriptions at varied times during the contract . 4 . Demonstrate the ability to provide common expiration dates when requested . 5 . The successful Proposer shall not conflict with the library ’ s fiscal year ( July 1 through June 30 ). 6 . The successful Proposer shall handle all correspondences with publishers in regard to duplication , cancellations , claims , address changes , adjustments , and other service communications . |
