Description | The City of Kirkland is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design ( if applicable ), furnish , install , maintain , repair , and , if necessary , remove permanent decorative lighting infrastructure within designated downtown areas . The intent is to establish a contract for the installation and ongoing maintenance of permanent holiday and seasonal lighting enhancements within the public right - of - way and other City - owned downtown locations . The City Manager ’ s Office , or designee , will contact the Contractor to request services related to the installation of permanent lighting elements , seasonal changeovers , system inspections , repairs , or emergency response when lighting infrastructure is damaged or poses a potential public safety concern . |
