INITIAL INSPECTION : 1 . Conduct an initial inspection during the first month of the contract or when new properties have been assigned . The initial inspection is for the contractor to evaluate the needs of the premises and to present findings to Residential Services Staff . 2 . Identification of problem areasin and around the homes . 3 . Discussions of effectiveness of previous efforts . 4 . Contractor access and coordination to all necessary areas . 5 . Establish locationsfor routine monitoring in common areas . ROUTINE SERVICE : Pest Control Service will be conducted on a monthly basis to every rental home managed by the ECS / Residential Services Division . A TOTAL of 243 rental homes and 5 laundry rooms will be serviced on a monthly basis . The Contractor shall provide the Residential Services Division Manager / Supervisor and Environmental Protection and Natural Resources ( EPNR ) with a schedule within 5 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed . Additionally , EPNR will require notification of application and treatments that will be occurring at least 3 working days prior to work being done at all facilities . The EPNR notification form ( Structural Pesticide Pre - Application Notification Form ) shall be filled out and submitted online via email at : http :// www . srpmic - nsn . gov / government / epnr /. Requested Service for homes will be conducted between the hours of 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , Monday thru Friday .
