Pest Control Services for ASPC - Yuma

The intent of this solicitation is to allow the Arizona Department of Corrections , Rehabilitation and Reentry (“ ADCRR ”) to enter into a contract ( s ) with a qualified and licensed Offeror ( s ) for the procurement Pest Control Services to specifications as listed in this solicitation for the Arizona State Prison Complex “( ASPC ”) located in Yuma , Arizona , at a fixed price for a twelve ( 12 ) month period . Scope of Work , Contractor Shall : 4 . 1 . Provide pricing for the Pest Control Services specified below . Pricing shall be submitted on an all - inclusive basis and shall include most current industry standard chemicals , materials , equipment , services , labor , benefits , travel , payroll burden , insurances , workers compensation fee , all taxes , profits , overhead and all related . ADCRR will not reimburse any other expenses . 4 . 2 . Provide continuous service , with no interruption when key or essential persons are unavailable for work under this contract . The Contractor shall have a plan in place which at a minimum includes the minimum number of staff required to provide the service and any cross utilization of personnel based on skills , experience and certification that may be implemented . 4 . 3 . All services and / or treatments should meet product manufacturer ’ s specifications and comply with all applicable statutes , rules and regulations as established by the federal , state , city and county government , or other authorities having jurisdiction . 4 . 3 . 1 . Provide Material Safety Data Sheets , upon request , for materials proposed for use . 4 . 4 . Render exterminating services to control and / or eliminate : 4 . 4 . 1 . Roaches ( All Species ); 4 . 4 . 2 . Ants ; 4 . 4 . 3 . Silver - fish ; 4 . 4 . 4 . Spiders ( All Species ) 4 . 4 . 5 . Crickets ; 4 . 4 . 6 . Flying insects , such as flies and mosquitos ; 4 . 4 . 7 . Rats ; 4 . 4 . 8 . Mice ; 4 . 4 . 9 . Ticks ; 4 . 4 . 10 . Flies ( All kitchen , stables & kennels ); 4 . 4 . 11 . Scorpions ; and 4 . 4 . 12 . All other common and non - common insects . 4 . 5 . Inspect and treat the interior and exterior of the surrounding building , each room and cell according to current industry standards , areas shall be serviced two ( 2 ) times per month .. Special attention shall be paid to areas that are historically conducive to harborage and breeding . 4 . 6 . Provide additional services to be required on an “ as needed ” basis : 4 . 6 . 1 . Boric acid treatment of all cracks and crevices for the elimination and control of roach infestation in kitchen areas . Each treatment shall consist of three ( 3 ) applications of boric acid over a predetermined period of time with guaranteed results . 4 . 6 . 2 . Exterior power spraying shall be performed as needed / requested for housing areas to create a wider chemical barrier for the insects to cross before reaching the building . Power spraying shall be done around each kitchen docks and trash areas weekly in conjunction with treating the kitchens areas . 4 . 6 . 3 . Termite treatment control ; 4 . 6 . 4 . Fogging service all areas , including the kitchen areas when requested ; 4 . 6 . 5 . Gopher , groundhog and squirrel control ; 4 . 6 . 6 . Treatment of sewers ( manholes ) for roaches and crickets ; 4 . 6 . 7 . Spray for bees , Africanized and Domestic ; 4 . 6 . 8 . Snake removal ; 4 . 6 . 9 . Wall and attic baiting for rodent control ; 4 . 6 . 10 . Rodent Control boxes with snap traps : 4 . 6 . 10 . 1 . Minimum service up to six ( 6 ) boxes included in flat rate ; 4 . 6 . 10 . 2 . Setup fee for additional boxes is an additional charge based on each unit of measure
