Description | PEWARS Fire Sprinkler Repairs - This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul ( RFO ) Part 12 and is being issued as a Request for Quote ( RFQ ). The U . S . Army Corps of Engineers ( USACE ), Pittsburgh District , requires repairs to the fire protection sprinkler systems in Buildings N104 and T1002 of the Pittsburgh Engineer Warehouse and Repair Shop ( PEWARS ), including the replacement of multiple defective sprinkler heads . The contractor shall furnish all labor , equipment , tools , supervision , transportation , fuel , and materials necessary to perform the repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement ( PWS ).
