Description | Summary The City of Avondale ( the “ City ”) is issuing this Request For Qualifications ( this “ RFQ ”) seeking statements of qualifications (“ SOQ ”) from qualified , licensed firms (“ Vendors ”) interested in providing program management services through the design and construction phases of multiple PFAS treatment facilities throughout the City ( the “ Services ”). Background The City produces and delivers drinking water primarily through a series of production wells and booster station sites . Initial PFAS testing and evaluation has determined that many of the City ’ s production wells contain PFAS contamination above the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations ( NPDWR ) maximum contaminant level ( MCL ) as set by the EPA on April 10 , 2024 . |
