Description | The Newark Board of Education requires the services of a Pharmacy Benefit Manager for processing and paying prescription drug claims for retail , mail order and specialty pharmacy services . The PBM shall develop and maintain the Newark Board of Education ’ s formulary , contract with licensed pharmacies , and negotiate discounts and rebates with drug manufacturers . The PBM will report directly to the Newark Board of Education . The PBM shall provide comprehensive reporting , transparency , and data integration capabilities and will work in close coordination with the District ’ s appointed brokers of record to ensure optimal performance , compliance , and value delivery . |
