Rowan University is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to provide Primary Rate Interface ( PRI ) service , or an alternative that provides the same functionality , for local phone call capabilities as well as long distance and international services . Current design is running Cisco Call Manager 15 . Publisher in Glassboro , NJ and a subscriber at each data center location 4 . Approximately 13 , 500 DIDs via SIP Trunks 5 . Approximately 500 DIDs via PRI circuits 6 . Faxing is currently provided via PRI circuits 7 . 7 Toll Free numbers 8 . 300 concurrent calls per SIP circuit 9 . Currently for integrated voice and data at any of the locations via the current provider with VLAN we require tagging of CS3 and EF . Signaling and RTP packet tagging is required . 10 . Memorial Hall Data Center ( 100 Memorial Circle , Glassboro , NJ 08028 ) c . Netrality Data Center ( 401 N Broad St , Philadelphia , 19108 ) - Q2 2026 2 . In order to provide full service redundancy and fault tolerance , each datacenter must be serviced with a separate dedicated circuit . 3 . The proposed circuits must not share physical pathways at any point for physical redundancy requirements . 4 . The proposed circuits must terminate at the provider end in separate service locations for logical redundancy requirements .
