Photography Services as needed to include on - site photography at LES events , consultation , image processing and image delivery . Specific Project or Service Needs Consultation : A pre - season discussion to review events , any specific shots needed , locations , dates , safety protocols and logistics . Photography : On - location photography services based on the calendar below and added hours and projects listed . Image Processing : Gathering , color correction and basic retouching of selected images . Delivery : Delivery of final , high - resolution digital images via a secure online gallery or file transfer service . Calendar of Activities for Professional Photography Services Note : Some community and LES events may occur in a different month OR may be swapped for a different outreach event year after year . LES communications staff will work with the vendor on the final calendar . Hours are included for photography , processing and delivery . Total hours : Year 1 : 59 . 5 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 85 . 5 hours total each year Year 2 : 62 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 88 hours total each year Year 3 : 62 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 88 hours total each year February ( only year 2 & 3 ) ( 2 . 5 hours ) Junior Achievement Bowling Event – 2 . 5 hours March ( 5 . 5 hours ) Family Night at Library – 1 . 5 hour LPS Engineering & Science Fair – 2 . 5 hours NRD Nature Night – 1 . 5 hour April ( 13 hours ) NRD Nature Night – 3 hours ; 2 events , 1 . 5 hour each Lincoln Earth Day – 2 . 5 hours Career fair – 1 . 5 hour LES event – 2 hours Construction Career Day with LPS students high - voltage demo – 2 hours ; usually at Haymarket Park Arbor Day LNK event – 2 hours ; usually at Antelope Park May ( 4 hours ) High - voltage demo – 2 hours ; usually at Children ’ s Museum Tree planting – 2 hours ; park location and date provided by the City of Lincoln June ( 4 hours ) High - voltage demos – 4 hours ; 2 demonstrations , usually 2 hours per demo July ( 7 hours )
