Description | The objective of this engagement is to deliver a fully coordinated, code-compliant, and construct-ready Fire Compartmentation Design for the Perth High Performance Centre (PHPC), including all passive fire protection systems and interfaces. The Consultant shall act as Lead Consultant and take full responsibility for progressing the approved Fire Strategy into a coordinated and compliant design solution suitable to support statutory approvals and construction. The design shall: Comply with the NCC, relevant Australian Standards, DFES requirements, and local authority regulations; Integrate with all relevant building elements, systems, and services; and Be suitable to support certification and construction of the works. |
