INVITATION TO BID FOR THESUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE SUPPLYPIN 2026-09-0261) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), throughthe GAA 20264intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred EightyThousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 3,580,500.00). being the Approved Budgetfor the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery ofVarious Engineering Maintenance Supply. Bids received in excess of the ABC shallbe automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) now invitesbids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7)calendar days / Delivery Schedule (please be guided by Hospital Order No. 2023-06 “Policyon Delivery Period’’). Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date ofsubmission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of aneligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.Instructions to Bidders.3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, ororganizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capitalstock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizationsof a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges toFilipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez MemorialHospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) and inspect the Bidding Documents at theaddress given below from 08:00 am to 05:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.4Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) refers to the budget for the contract duly approved by the Head of the Procuring Entity(HoPE), within the authorized amount in the General Appropriations Act (GAA), continuing, and automatic appropriations, or otherauthorized source of funds, in the case of National Government Agencies (NGAs); the corporate operating budget approved bythe governing Boards, pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 518, s. 1979, entitled “Establishing a Procedure for the Preparationand Approval of the Operating Budgets of Government Owned or Controlled Corporations, in the case of GOCCs, GFIs, and RANo. 8292, or the “Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997”, in the case of SUCs; and the budget for the contract approvedby the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance in the case of LGUs.
