The Business & Industrial Development Authority of the City of Nashua invites a wide range of Proposals for the redevelopment of the Properties , in terms of use , scale , and design . Proposers shall indicate how their submittal accomplishes the following development objectives : • Alignment with Guiding Planning Documents . All Proposals shall demonstrate clear alignment with the City ’ s adopted planning documents . Specifically , Proposals shall : o Incorporate relevant goals of the City ’ s 2021 Master Plan and reference how the Proposal concept advances them . o Demonstrate compatibility with the Downtown Riverfront Development Plan , including how proposed site design and improvements complement planned public investments in new infrastructure and amenities . o Demonstrate consideration of the strategies outlined in the “ Planning Study for the Millyard Nimco Parcel ” with a Proposal that shows compatible redevelopment across the district . Proposers shall also review supplemental documents , including the “ Plan NH Millyard Charrette Report ” and the City of Nashua Land Use Code Update ( Re - Code ) working draft , to aid in their Proposal . • Residential . One of the top goals of the City Master Plan is housing accessibility , and due to the success of nearby properties redeveloping into multi - family residential , these Properties are strong candidates for similar redevelopment . Pursuant to City Resolution R - 23 - 168 , if any portion of the Properties are developed to include housing , there shall be a limited portion of units for residents that have federally funded housing vouchers , and prioritization of multi - bedroom units ...
