Supplier quotes are required to include the following : • For standardization of equipment , specifications are explicitly provided to ensure maintenance and operation standardization . • Suppliers are to enter delivered to UCSD pricing for each item in the Attachments section . • All requested items are required to have the Equipment ready for onsite delivery on one of two delivery dates : July 27th and August 27th as specified on cost sheet , for designated UCSD delivery locations . • Awarded supplier shall coordinate the delivery , unpacking , set - in place , start - up / burn out , removal of packaging , and inspections with the UCSD Project Manager . • Supplier shall include equipment accessories required for operation , estimated delivery / handling costs ( if applicable ) as a separate line item in the Attachment A – Equipment Cost Sheet . • Supplier shall include sales tax as a separate line item in the Attachment A – Equipment Cost Sheet . • All Products are to be ready for delivery as specified or prior . • Please be sure to include any information regarding required lead - time , terms , manufacture warranty details , etc . with your response . • Supplier is expected to deliver to the Units and set in place the Equipment . Project Delivery Location : On - Campus Dining Unit in the John Muir College Neighborhood in conjunction with contractor and / or UC Project Manager guidance .
