Description

1 . General conditions including but not limited to supervision , protection of existing construction , overhead and profit . 2 . Labor to obtain requisite building permit ( s ). Actual permit cost is a direct reimbursable . 3 . Remove and dispose of the existing brick pavers , mortar setting bed , concrete topping slab , and waterproofing system . Assume a 3 ” thick concrete topping slab . Contact the Engineer for direction if any concrete spalls are found after demolition . 4 . Install a new hot fluid - applied , rubberized asphalt waterproof membrane and drainage board / protection system over the plaza ( horizontal surface ). 5 . Install new deck paver walking surface . Assume Hanover Pavers ( Tudor finish ) on pedestals . 6 . Recoat the concrete perimeter parapet wall with a breathable , acrylic coating . 7 . Install cold fluid - applied waterproofing near the top of the exterior foundation wall at the corner of the library room . Assume a 6 ’ W x 3 ’ D area .
