The Contractor shall provide to provide Plumbing Services , repairs , renovations , drain cleaning , sewer line cleaning , video inspections , root removal and / or related upgrades in Mobile Housing Authority apartments , single - family residences , properties , communities , commercial , residential , and office buildings as may be required by MHA , from time to time . A . Plumbing Services . The Services in this category relate to providing plumbing services to MHA . The work shall consist of providing labor and equipment to perform general and specialized plumbing repairs , improvements , or modifications , including , but not mited to gas , water and sewer line replacements , water leaks under slabs , fixture installments , water line breaks in high - rise , mid - rise and ground level apartment buildings , miscellaneous plumbing repairs , and troubleshooting . The contractor understands and agrees that trouble calls will be received and handled by its forces from a Mobile Housing Authority representative at any time of day or night , seven days a week , 365 days a year Response time of no less than two hours and is prepared to respond to emergency calls within one ( 1 ) hour for all facilities . Contractor will provide and maintain a list of which Mobile Housing Authority personnel should call and phone numbers for afterhours requests . All work will be guaranteed for a minimum period of ninety ( 90 ) days for labor and one ( 1 ) year for materials .
