The contractor shall provide services as necessary on a 24 - hour basis , seven ( 7 ) days per week at various housing sites located in the City of Wildwood . This schedule requires on - call services on all weekends and holidays . E . The Contractor shall do , perform and make repairs in a satisfactory manner as determined by the Housing Authority and the contractor must respond to a service call within a maximum time of one ( 1 ) hour to reply to the call and within three ( 3 ) hours the contractor must be on - site to address call for service . The Contractor shall be obligated under the contract to furnish all labor , supervision , equipment , tools and miscellaneous materials for miscellaneous repairs , modifications or new installations of plumbing work at the two WHA complexes . H . The contractor shall be responsible for troubleshooting and repair work such as drain cleaning , plumbing repairs / replacements , use of sewer auger snake , and use of high pressure jetting . The housing authority plumbing system consists of the following : copper , ABS , PVC , cast iron , galvanized , black iron and gas piping .
