Brown, Inc. of 1175 Church Street, Bohemia, New York using the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotes or request for information. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government and the Government is not considering responses to this notice. |
