The City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities department is requesting bids from qualified companies who to provide Pole - Mounted ITS Cabinets . 1 . TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 2 . 1 Pole Mounted Cabinet 2 . 1 . 1 The cabinet shall have front and rear doors , easily accessible when cabinet is mounted to the pole . 2 . 1 . 2 The cabinet shall be a pole - mount , ITS cabinet with dimensions 46 ” H x 24 ” W x 20 ” D . 2 . 1 . 3 The cabinet exterior shall have a natural unpainted aluminum finish . 2 . 1 . 4 The cabinet doors shall have a 3 point locking system using the industry standard traffic # 2 key . 2 . 1 . 5 The cabinet shall include one standard 19 inch EIA rack assembly . 2 . 1 . 6 The cabinet shall include an integrated Power Service Panel wired to provide filtered , surge protected power to all cabinet components . 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 The power service panel shall include the following devices : 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 . 1 One plug mounted EDCO MODEL SHA - 1250 surge suppressor 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 . 2 One main circuit breaker , 50A 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 . 3 One auxiliary circuit breaker , 10A 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 . 4 One 15 - position Neutral buss bar capable of connecting three # 12 wires per position . 2 . 1 . 6 . 1 . 5 One 15 - position Ground buss bar capable of connecting three # 12 wires per position . 2 . 1 . 7 The cabinet shall include white LED lighting that illuminates the section of the cabinet exposed while any cabinet door is open . 2 . 1 . 8 One thermostat controlled fan shall be installed on the ceiling of the cabinet . 2 . 1 . 9 The cabinet shall have one louvered air intake on one door that shall accommodate an included , replaceable , pleated air filter . 2 . 1 . 10 The cabinet shall include all necessary mounting hardware . 2 . 1 . 11 All terminal screws shall be of type “ Phillips .” 2 . 1 . 12 The cabinet shall include an empty pull out rack . 2 . 1 . 13 The cabinet shall include a hard wired , rack mounted , IP addressable power strip .
